The role
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst with ~2/3 years of experience in consulting, banking or Real Estate to join our Commercial team. This role will focus on deep analysis of deals, ensuring optimal revenue generation and operational efficiency.
This role can be based in the US (East Coast)
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic environment and any experience of Salesforce reporting and dashboarding being looked upon favorably. This role will work closely with the VP Sales, sales and account management teams and partner closely with the COO and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Deal Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of proposed deals to assess financial viability, risk, and alignment with strategic objectives
- Scoping and Execution: size the customer Addressable Portfolio, prioritised based on speed to value Booked and Deployable ARR, and develop a program of expansion activity Account Managers can use as their guide for account expansion
- Customer understanding: Extract insights from our customer data to inform decisions regarding account management
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in deal analysis and pricing operations
- Horizon scanning: Through account interactions, regulatory and legislative monitoring, public and commercial news updates and any other data channel, maintain a program of valuable insights that the Account Managers can weave into their interactions
- Client facing Reporting and Presentation: Support the account management and customer success teams in the creation of clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate key account updates, progress and metrics for monthly account reviews. Provide findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Sales reporting: Extract data from Salesforce and prepare regular reporting for the commercial team on pipeline, sales activity, win rate and other relevant metrics to inform commercial priorities
- Operations KPIs: Support the COO in the creation of monthly KPI dashboards
