Aescape is looking for an Office Manager to create a welcoming office environment, manage operations, and provide administrative support. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors providing an excellent office experience.

  • Coordinate team meals and events, ensuring a positive & productive office environment.

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, inventory, mail & deliveries, and facilities requests.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain seating arrangements.

  • Manage access control systems and provide basic operational support and administration.

  • Collaborate with IT and building management to resolve issues.

  • Maintain organized reports, records and files.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Workplace / Slack or similar applications.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with inventory management and event coordination is a plus.

  • Familiarity with access control systems and basic IT troubleshooting is desirable.

  • Flexibility to adjust hours as needed. Overtime may be required.
