Highly motivating and engaging leader who leads people to deliver in store and omni results and exceed customer service expectations. Leader of multiple stores and Store Managers, who will coach, motivate, and develop talent and strong KPI results. Oversee multi-unit operations with a focus on day-to-day store operations, including training & coaching, communication, and store level financial management.

  • Brand Leadership: Four wall accountability for assigned stores Lead various levels of leadership to support talent development and results. Lead by example, exemplifying UNTUCKit’s core values - Be Kind, Own It, Work Together, Communicate, Mentor and HAVE FUN! Ambassador of on-brand expectations. Motivate team both on site and through the internal communications platform.
  • Results Mindset: Drive revenue and profitable growth through delivering strong KPIs (UPT, ATV, conversion). Using omni reporting resources to track and improve performance.
  • Champion of the Omni Experience: Review omni results and coach to behaviors to drive outstanding service and sales results. Provide feedback on gaps and opportunities to store, market, and retail team to ensure needed skills are addressed and trained for.
  • Lead all people components such as recruitment and talent development for their teams. Provide and reinforce continuous, honest performance conversations, accountability and observing and coach behaviors. Quick and effective follow up, providing feedback, coaching to strengths and opportunities and prioritizing team and individual morale.
  • Visual Presentation: Attention to detail and visual standards. Follow best practices and check for proper store and mannequin directive set-ups. Use KPIs to pinpoint opportunities in store presentation. Partner with corporate resources to support store product and presentation needs.
  • Operational Execution: Ensuring strong inventory management, quick and accurate logistics – both inbound and outbound, and order fulfillment compliance. Smart expense & travel management, balancing needs vs wants, and maximizing ROI.
  • Proven experience as a multi-unit retail manager with stores in multiple states
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in multi-unit retail leadership
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Champion of omni experience, balancing in store & omni performance and results
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to share opinions and ideas that drive change
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Has a growth and development mindset with strong business acumen
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Excellent knowledge of retail point of sale systems
  • Ability to navigate applicant sourcing system to successfully recruit, interview, and hire
  • Proficient in analyzing reporting, recapping findings, and providing feedback to improve results
  • Proficient with Apple technology, Google Suite, and multi-channel POS systems
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn – actively connect & network with top talent
  • Previous experience working with an internal intranet platform preferred
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
  • Hour expectation 40 hours/week, 5 days a week
  • Reports to Head of Stores
  • Based in Chicago with travel to Wisconsin, Minnesota,Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
