Iron Mountain is a global leader in information management and storage solutions. We are currently seeking a Record Center Specialist to join our team at our facility in Dublin

As a Record Center/Vault Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and handling records and information stored in our facility. You will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring the security and integrity of all records and information stored in our facility

• Handling incoming and outgoing records and ensuring that they are stored in the correct location

• Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of our records management system

• Retrieving records for internal and external customers

• Assisting with the destruction of records that have reached the end of their retention period

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a records management or warehouse environment preferred, but not required

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills
